Give her child the best possible future and abla, a widow and mother to your 10-year-old girl, struggles to live. From her kitchen, which opens up on the street through a metallic shutter, she starts a homebased business after the passing of her husband. She sells and makes bread along with all kinds of conventional Moroccan pastries. Taking refuge within her work, leading to existence devoid of enjoyment and closed-off out of life, Abla has become old before her time. Unable to illustrate love towards her son, she has replaced tenderness. If Samia, a woman who's heavily pregnant knocks on her door, trying shelter and overwhelmed by the weight of her burden of having a baby to a child without a daddy, Alba is unaware that this chance encounter will change her forever.
